MFSPC-S Operator’s First–Aid Pouch is designed to transport it in two ways. Regular MOLLE system, where you can attach it to the combat belt or plate carrier and Kangaroo-style attachment sleeve. Design allows the operator to access the kit using left or right hand. Elastic webbing provides space for extra tourniquet.
